Welcome to the Book Club &

Monthly Bible Reading Challenges

"A Bible that’s falling apart usually belongs to someone who isn’t."

The Word of God is the anchor for our souls. The Bible is a manuscript to navigate us through life's various experiences. In it, we find instruction, wisdom, and insight. We find comfort for our often weary and worn out souls.

When I gave my life to Jesus Christ, asking Him to save me from my sin, guilt, and shame, and to become the Lord (master/leader/chief) of every area in my life, I started studying the Bible more diligently. I fell in love with it because it refreshed me and renewed my mind about various subjects. As I applied what I was reading, I started to forgive more freely, become less anxious and angry, and find myself able to love others more because I had experienced Agape Love from a Perfect Father.

Since 2019, I started to extend my monthly reading challenges with my social media community. I found that the support and accountability invigorated others to plow into their Word. Still, it also helped me to develop the discipline and consistency to meditate on the Word day and night.

I love Psalm 1 because it talks about the blessings that come to the person who delights themselves in the Word of God and meditates on it day and night.

How it Works:

So, these monthly challenges were created to support you and challenge you to dive into the Word of God. Each month, a book(s) of the Bible will be sent to your email, along with a scheduled reading plan, so be sure to subscribe to the mailing list.

All you will need is:

1. 20-30 minutes in your day to find time to read it.

2. A Bible in a translation you can understand.

I recommend these:

3. A journal to jot down any thoughts, themes, or prayers with regards to the text.

4. An open heart and a willingness to renew your mind.
